Mission Statement

At Julia A. Barnes School, our Pre-K 3 through Grade 2, Bilingual and Special Education Hub is committed to providing an inclusive, nurturing, and language-rich learning environment where every child is valued and supported. We empower young learners of diverse linguistic and developmental backgrounds to build strong academic foundation, develop communication skills in both languages, and grow socially and emotionally. Through collaboration with families, educators, and specialists, we strive to ensure that all students reach their full potential and become confident, lifelong learners.
